What to Expect
If you have never had a massage or are meeting us for the first time, relax, don't be nervous. Here's what you can expect when you come to your appointment.
We will first sit down and talk about what your needs are. We are excellent listeners and will ask questions to help ensure that we create the best massage treatment for your needs today and long term.
Next we will show you to a private massage room and give you time to get comfortable. We will have you lay on our massage table either facing up or down, depending on your needs.
Each person is different and unrobing is a personal preference. If you prefer to keep undergarments on, please feel free to. We are very respectful and use draping to cover you during your treatment, only uncovering where we are working at that time.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept some insurance providers, please talk to your practitioner to learn more.
